Inlays have various functions: On the one hand, they serve to protect goods, on the other hand, they present a product in the best possible way. Depending on the intended use, the material must be selected appropriately. For the inlays, Labelprint24 offers you single or double flute corrugated board made of B-flute or E-flute. E-flute is a micro-flute that is very thin and at the same time flexible due to its thickness of about 1.5 mm and can be printed on excellently. It is suitable for small, lightweight items such as electronics, toys or cosmetics. The B-flute, on the other hand, has a greater flute height than the E-flute and thus a higher load-bearing capacity and stability, yet it is flexible. It is ideal for safely stowing goods in the packaging with the help of inlays.

We at Labelprint24 offer reinforcement inlays and inlays with stand for product protection. For a visually appealing design, we recommend cardboard inlays that can be individually printed with advertising messages or contact details for additional presentation. For product separation, you can use our corrugated cardboard or cardboard blanks. In addition, all our inlays can be finished with protective varnishes and laminates, which give the inlays a glossy and noble surface and protect the print at the same time. For the cardboard blanks, we at Labelprint24 also offer embossing with a gold, silver or copper foil for a special look. The embossing makes the print motif shine and is highlighted in a unique way at the point of sale.

Reinforcement inlay

Reinforcing inlays serve as additional product protection for product packaging. They offer maximum stability and torsional stiffness and give the product a secure hold in the packaging. Labelprint24 offers you reinforcement inlays made of single or double flute corrugated board, brown or white B-flute or E-flute. We can print these according to your desired design, for example with advertising messages either 1-colour in white or 4-colour in the Euro scale. Our protective varnishes and laminates give the inlays an additional finish. 

Inlay with stand - corrugated board inlay

Inlays with stand from Labelprint24 are perfect for packaging with multi-part products. Due to the precisely manufactured die-cuts, flaps and recesses, they offer a firm hold and thus a high level of security, fitting accuracy and robustness for all product items during transport. A variable number of punched-out windows with or without film can also be used to present the products in the best possible way. Our inlays with stand are available in single or double wall corrugated cardboard and in various types of cardboard and can be printed in one colour in white and black or in four colours as desired. In addition, we can finish your inlays with protective varnishes and seal the print. 

Corrugated board blanks FEFCO-0110

Corrugated cardboard blanks are used as goods separators, edge protectors or pallet covers. They make it difficult for products to slip during transport and serve as cushioning material. FEFCO is the internationally valid code for various packaging materials from the (corrugated) cardboard industry. FEFCO-0110 thus designates the product "cardboard blanks made of corrugated board" in all countries. At Labelprint24, the blanks are available as single or double flute cardboard in brown or white E or B flute. We can additionally print these for you for a better customer experience at the point of sale and finish them with protective laminates and varnishes.

Cardboard inlays offer optimum product protection and are used as intermediate layers, pallet covers and for product separation. At Labelprint24, we manufacture inlays from cardboard blanks from different types of cardboard to perfectly tailor the inlay to your needs. In addition, we can print the inlays according to your wishes and finish the print with protective varnishes. For an eye-catching design at the point of sale and a special customer experience, you can have the inlays at Labelprint24 embossed with a shiny gold, silver or copper foil that catches the eye directly when the product packaging is opened.

If smaller articles are to be optimally packaged, we recommend the inlay cardboard inserts from Labelprint24. With variable windows with or without film, the products are optimally presented while at the same time being protected by the inlay. The inlay can be made from single or double wall corrugated cardboard or from different types of cardboard to suit any occasion. In addition, we can print the inlays for you as desired and finish them with a protective laminate.
